How to enter the competition

It is possible to make registration directly with the online function via internet or, for those who have no internet access and no electronic mail, filling out the paper application form, downloadable from our website.

· On-line individual entry

-         Click on “ON-LINE INDIVIDUAL” to display the template for data input;

-         Attention: in the field “Type of participation” one must specify if he intends to participate in the Complete Giro or in the Short Giro or in Single  stages, in which case the dates of single stages must also be specified;

-         Enter the required data, then click on “Send” button; this causes an email to be sent to “A.S. Giro delle Dolomiti” with the input data for the enrollment;

-         After the data control and the effected payment, the competitor will receive back an email with the confirmation of the enrollment.

· On-line group entry
This function can be used to enroll a group of competitors, members of a Sport Association. In this case the president of the Association or a legal representative guarantees the suitability of each participant to the race.

-         Click on “ON-LINE GROUP” to display the template for data input;

-         After the input of the first part of the data, click on “Download the Excel sheet for the group entry” to download the Excel sheet, on which to write data of single participants;

-         Attention: in the column of the Excel sheet “Type of participation” must be specified, by indicating respectively “C” or “H” or “S” , if the competitor intends to participate in the Complete Giro or in the Short Giro or in Single  stages, in which case the dates of single stages must also be specified in the column “Dates of single stages”.

-         After the completion of the Excel sheet, this must be saved in a directory on own PC. Then continue the input of the remaining data;

-         Using the function “Search”, enter in the field “Load the Excel sheet with the enrolled participants” directory and name of the Excel file just saved;

-         Enter notes, if any, then click on “Send” button; this causes an email to be sent to “A.S. Giro delle Dolomiti” with attached Excel file, containing the input data for the enrolled components of the group;

-         After the data control and the effected payment, the Association will receive back an email with the confirmation of the enrollment.

· Application form

-         Click on “APPLICATION FORM” to display the Application Form in pdf format;

-         Print the Application Form;

-         Fill it out and sign it;

-         Send it to “A.S. Giro delle Dolomiti” per FAX (+39 0471 270443) or by normal post at the address: Via Vittorio Veneto, 5 - 39100 Bolzano (BZ), enclosing a photocopy of the bank trasfer.
